It depends. Sometimes we use a traditional mortgage to buy which can take upto 12 weeks by the time all the lenders Solicitors are happy. Other times we're able to buy with cash and use speedy conveyances to complete the sale in under a month.
We can also use more creative strategies where we effectively exchange with a delayed completion. This gets you access to part of the funds you need to move on, with the rest to follow at a mutually agreed date.
Yes. In most situations we will pay your legal fees, including disbursements and searches. There are times where we can even contribute towards removal expenses.
